- Meet outside the Acropolis metro station, opposite the Crescendo Cafe
- Be there at least 15 minutes before the start time of the tour
- Look for your guide next to the metro sign on the Makrigianni pedestrian walkway holding a white and blue sign 'Athenian Tours'
- Show your smartphone ticket to your guide at the start of the tour
